Humble Hands believes that wellness should be accessible to everyone. Rates are designed to accommodate your needs, and a variety of payment methods are accepted.

Insurance benefits must be confirmed before your first treatment.

Therapeutic Bodywork:

1. • Duration: Approximately 45-60 minutes

   • Rate: $120/session or $300 for series of 3

   • Description: Body therapy is perfect for individuals experiencing chronic pain, limited movement, or low energy/vitality. During your session, we’ll conduct a series of assessments and treatments to identify restricted systems in the body that correlate to chronic pain, limited range of motion, nerve issues, and overall well-being. This is an interactive, dynamic, creative and educational session.

Payment Options:

• All forms of payment are accepted, including HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account).

• Humble Hands Bend is a preferred provider for many insurance companies, including Blue Cross Blue Shield and PacificSource. If your insurance covers massage or manual therapy but is out-of-network, a superbill can be provided to you for potential reimbursement.

• Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) claims available - contact to set up.
